Standard 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a standard 30-day return window from the original date of receipt for most items. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
To initiate a return, please contact your salesperson via email or phone and provide the following:

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

Returns must be authorized before shipping back

Shipping materials and packaging must be retained—items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for refund or replacement
Defective, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include photos of the damage or issue when submitting your return request.
In cases of manufacturer defect or shipping error, we will cover return shipping and ensure fast resolution through refund or replacement.
Returns Due to Customer Error
If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered, no longer needed), the following fees apply:

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
Refunds & Replacements
Once returned items are received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible

Please allow 4–7 business days for processing
Unauthorized Returns
Returns received without prior approval may be refused.
If an order is refused without authorization, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a refusal fee equal to the shipping cost.
Manufacturer Warranties
Unless otherwise noted, all products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. If an issue occurs after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.
